Convicts eliminating the uncertainty

Coburg has had longer than most to consider its list managment model for 2016 beyond having been effectivly out of finals contention since mid season.

Having found throughout the season that their initial list housed many players vying for the similar poistions, while suffering lack of depth in other positions, compounded with serious injuries to young players, the Convicts were barely able to field a competitive side in the latter stages of the season and as a natural result were dealt some heafty on feild defeats.

Whitecross, Young and Spanger were all cut loose at seasons end (Young having not played a game) and Michael Rischitelli departed as the clubs M90.

So far during trade period they have traded out some decent currency in former/current/potential stars in favour of reliabilty and durability to try and even out the clubs on feild performances and reduce some of the week uncertainty at the seleciton table.
